Kimberly Martin is an experienced and passionate global leader with over 20 years of expertise and passion for Leadership and Employee Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Consulting, Performance Management, Process Design, Learning, Driving Culture, and Change Management. Kimberly has been with Eaton since 2001, currently serving as Sr. Manager Early Talent & University Relations where she designs and oversees Eaton's Early Talent strategy, and works with HR and Talent Management leaders to develop and execute an Early Talent model that will build pipeline and drive greater internal hiring for critical roles.
